MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Hy-Vee grocery stores in the Madison area are helping raise money to support the next Badger Honor Flight.
The Badger Honor Flight, scheduled for Nov. 7, will take around 90 local veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials built in their honor.
Hy-Vee stores in southern Wisconsin are selling paper airplanes at checkout, with all proceeds supporting the flight.
Some locations are also hosting a steak night for a cause event every Thursday in June. Part of the proceeds will go toward the flight…
