If there was one breakfast I could eat for the rest of my life, it would be a Denver omelette with a mug of bottomless coffee at an old-fashioned American diner. (Fifteen years ago, I would have said a stack of chocolate chip pancakes and an ungodly amount of maple syrup.) Yes, my tastebuds have become more refined, but my love for a divey local diner has remained steadfast.
