MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department is searching for a suspect in two gas station robberies that happened late on July 30 and Aug. 16.
The robberies took place at a Mobil gas station at 901 S. Gammon Road and a Citgo gas station at 6702 Mineral Point Road, according to a statewide alert MPD issued Monday.
Police said the suspect went into the stores with a long gun, pointed it at the clerks and demanded cash from the register be placed in a bag. The suspect then ran away.
