MADISON, Wis. — New tenants moving into a downtown Madison apartment found an unexpected and unwanted guest Saturday afternoon.
Madison police said the tenants were moving into an apartment in the 600 block of State Street around noon when they found a man in a closet eating breakfast cereal.
