Construction of privately funded improvements on the Odana Hills Golf Course is expected to start in October 2026. The City of Madison is moving forward with plans to leverage the generous private gift to replace the existing clubhouse and parking lot and make much-needed bike and stormwater improvements that will serve the community far beyond golf for generations to come. There is opportunity for community feedback as design plans for City-led projects are now moving forward.
A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 6:30-8:30pm at the existing Odana Hills clubhouse located at 4635 Odana Road, Madison, WI 53711. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation that provides an overview of the various project components, followed by breakout sessions in an open-house style format to allow more detailed discussion regarding specific components of interest to attendees. No registration is required.
At the meeting, the Parks Division, along with the consultant team of Aro Eberle and Parkitecture, will share preliminary building and site concepts.
