MADISON, Wis. — The two men arrested after a reported hazing incident at an unsanctioned Madison fraternity earlier this year will not be criminally charged.
Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne told Channel3000.com that “there was not enough evidence to prove a criminal charge against the two individuals beyond a reasonable doubt.”
