MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a man who died after a shooting last week on Madison’s north side.
Madison police responded around 8:15 p.m. Friday to reports of gunfire outside an apartment building in the 2300 block of Calypso Road, near Warner Park.
It was there when officers found Tavis Thurman, 21, inside a car with a gunshot wound. They provided medical care before he was taken to a hospital, where he died…
