MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -One person was taken to the hospital after a vehicle crashed into a building Monday afternoon on Madison’s north side. According to the City of Madison Fire Department, crews responded to the scene at 2022 Elka Lane on reports that a vehicle drove off the road and into a multi-residential garage.
