MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department officers arrested a man who was allegedly throwing snowballs and banging on a woman’s car window Tuesday on the city’s south side. Officers responded to a gas station along the 1100 block of S. Park Street shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
