MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a man Thursday afternoon who they said flashed his gun at another driver during a road rage incident on the city’s west side. A 911 caller reported that the incident occurred at around 12:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Gammon and Watts Roads. Police said the suspect vehicle was found unoccupied in the parking lot of a nearby store.
