MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Monona Police Department arrested a suspect after a pursuit with a vehicle early Saturday morning. Monona Police said the pursuit came after a larger scale operation which included weapon violations and a near-death overdose in the city of Monona. This was the department’s first vehicle pursuit since the city’s mayor decided to change their vehicle pursuit policy again during a Monona City Council meeting on January 16.
