Residents sign new roof of the Royal Thai Pavilion

MANONA, Wis. – Residents had the opportunity to be a part of history by signing the new roof of the Royal Thai Pavilion.

The structure was erected over two decades ago at Olbrich Gardens

and ever since then it has been a symbol of international friendship at a time when the U.S. was experiencing turmoil and uncertainty.

Just days after the September 11th attacks, members of the community joined at Olbrich Gardens to write messages of peace and hope.

This inspired the Olbrich Gardens to welcome visitors this weekend to write messages on the tiles used to construct the new roof.
