MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Madison Police Department identified a suspect in the deadly hit-and-run that happened Friday night on the Beltline. MPD stated in an update Tuesday that it has made multiple attempts to locate the suspect, named as Jules Tougna Tamen, but think he may have left the area. Officers are working with state and federal law enforcement agencies to find the 59-year-old man.
