MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Monona Police Department searches for suspects in an armed carjacking. MOPD were made aware of the report that took place in Madison overnight Tuesday. According to MOPD, an officer reportedly saw a vehicle matching the description of the stolen car around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday morning while on Highway 12. Once backup was requested, officials were able to verify that the vehicle was similar in color but of a different model (Jaguar SUV).
