MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The milder winter is causing event organizers to adapt to their upcoming plans for Madison’s Frozen Assets Festival. Put on by Clean Lakes Alliance, a number of the family-friendly events are normally held on frozen Lake Mendota. The Edgewater helps connect the community with the lake through free winter activities like ice skating and large kite demonstrations on the lake.
