Man runs over woman’s hand with vehicle outside Madison hotel

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a man who they said ran over a woman’s hand with his vehicle outside a hotel Sunday night.

Officers were called to the 4800 block of Hayes Road just before 7:15 p.m. A woman reported that she and a passenger in the vehicle had gotten into an argument when the driver ran over her hand.

Police found the driver, a 42-year-old man, at his home in Verona. He was arrested and faces charges of reckless driving causing bodily harm, hit and run, operating while revoked and resisting arrest.
