MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison Fire Department Paramedic has received the title of Wisconsin’s 2023 “Paramedic of the Year” by the Wisconsin EMS Association (WEMSA). MFD Firefighter/Paramedic Jon Frank has been awarded this honor and celebrations took place this week at the 2024 WEMSA Annual Conference and Expo in Green Bay, WI.
