MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Police arrested two 18-year-old men Monday morning after a burglary was reported at a construction site on Madison’s west side. A Madison Police Department drone and officers surrounded the construction site, on the 500 block of S. Yellowstone Drive, around 1:30 a.m. and took both men into custody.
