MADISON, Wis. – Suspect from fatal hit-and-run on the beltline turns themselves in.
Jules Tougna, the man allegedly involved in a fatal hit-and-run from last month has turned himself in after an arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday.
Madison Police Department identified the 59 year old, Tougna, as the suspect. MPD says he turned himself in around 10pm last night and has been booked into the Dane County Jail.
