SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. (WMTV) – The Sun Prairie Police Department are searching for a suspect that fled after officials performed a traffic stop Wednesday night. At approximately 8:15 p.m., a Sun Prairie officer reportedly stopped a car near W. Main St. and USH 151 Southbound for a traffic violation. During the stop, police say a passenger from the vehicle ran away on foot.
