EVANSVILLE, Wis. — U.S. Highway 14 was blocked in both directions east of Evansville after a tornado passed through the area Thursday evening. The road reopened just after 10:30 p.m.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said the highway was closed between County Road M and County Road H due to debris blocking the road.
The closure lasted roughly three hours
