MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The messy winter system that we’ve been tracking for the past few days will be moving in later this evening and into early Thursday. While there are no significant changes to the forecast, we do have higher confidence that roads will be snowy for the morning commute, especially in our northern counties.
