MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A 77-year-old woman died after a three-vehicle crash Monday morning on the Madison Beltline, the police department reports. Officers responded around 9:20 a.m. to the westbound Beltline at Seminole Highway, according to MPD Public Information Officer Stephanie Fryer. A 16-year-old driver allegedly rear-ended a vehicle, causing it to hit another vehicle.
