The men were charged for their alleged role in an October 2023 shooting outside the Harmony Apartments on Madison’s east side that left Miller dead and three other teens injured.

Douglas, White and Clark made their initial appearances in court on Thursday. An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for Sexton, who was being held in the Racine County Jail.
