MANITOWOC, Wis. (WBAY) – One person is dead after being hit by an SUV while they were crossing the street in Manitowoc. Witnesses say a 78-year-old Madison man was crossing Maritime Rd. at Huron St. when he was hit just before 9:30 Saturday night. He was taken to a hospital where he later died.
