MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Willy Street fair parade set to take place on Sunday was cancelled due to the weather and flooding, said event organizers. The fair is scheduled to start again Sunday at 1 p.m. with music on their main stage, but their performances on all other stages are cancelled. Saturday night, the event was also shut down early due to severe weather and lightning.
