MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison physician and researcher who has dedicated his entire 36-year career to fighting cancer is stepping down from his role at UW Carbone Cancer Center. Dr. Howard Bailey says has seen the ugly side of the disease, but he’s forged some beautiful relationships along the way.
