MADISON, Wis. — The westbound Beltline was blocked at the Yahara River Friday morning due to a stalled vehicle in the rightmost lane. All lanes have since reopened. The incident was first reported at around 8:15 a.m. The rest of the lanes remained open. Traffic cameras in the area show that Madison police had arrived at the scene.
