MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin offensive coordinator Phil Longo has a hard time getting rid of Braedyn Locke. That was true during an unexpectedly tight quarterback battle in fall camp, but the second-year offensive coordinator also said in the preseason that Locke just refuses to leave his office and go home — always wanting to soak up as much knowledge about the game as he can.
