Get ready to layer up

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – What started off as a foggy morning has turned into a more fall-like afternoon with cooler temperatures, some sun, and very blustery winds. A cold front has moved through our area, and it is bringing with it a secondary push of cooler air into the region. The tight pressure gradient with the area of low pressure that is now over the Ohio River Valley is going to keep those winds gusty all the way through the evening and into the overnight hours with winds up to 35 mph, along with the cooler weather, intermittent showers are likely for some of us for the rest of the day.
