ROCHESTER, Mich. – The Golden Grizzlies men’s and women’s cross country teams are set for its final tune-up prior to the #HLXC Championships in November as it travels to Madison, Wis., Saturday for Pre-Nationals. It was a great week for the cross country teams as the Golden Grizzlies once again swept the #HLXC Runner’s of the Week as Bryce Nowik and Hannah Fisher earned the accolade, while Nowik was also named Freshman of the Week.
