A 21-year-old Windsor man is accused of pulling a gun on another driver on the Interstate and then leading police on a high-speed chase in Janesville. Yusef Bin Usaamah Nolley is charged in Rock County Court with two counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempting to flee an officer, pointing a firearm at another, carrying a concealed weapon, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
