MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Madison Police Department is conducting a death investigation near the Hy-Vee off Whitney Way. A caller reported the incident around 3:15 p.m., MPD said. Police were actively working in a small, taped off area towards the back of the grocery store parking lot as of 5:20 p.m.
