MCFARLAND, Wis. (WMTV) – Brooke Strattan’s friends and family put together a candlelight vigil for the 24-year-old woman who was found dead in a retention pond. People who were close to Brooke said she was taken too soon and that her death happened as a result of domestic violence. The Madison Police Department has not arrested anyone in Strattan’s death nor revealed the cause of death, though they did say her death was considered suspicious.
