MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported on Monday that the right lane on East Washington Avenue at Rethke Avenue is blocked due to an incident. Dane County dispatch said a call came in just before 4 p.m. 15 News is on the way to the scene.
