MADISON, Wis. — The Madison Police Department issued Tuesday a Silver Alert for Wan Soo Hoo, who vanished at 11 a.m. in the 4800 block of Goldfinch Drive and was found Tuesday night.
Soo Hoo was on foot and left from the east side of Madison. Officers said she is diabetic, memory-impaired, prone to dehydration and easily disoriented.
