MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in southern Wisconsin arrested an elderly man Monday evening for battery and disorderly conduct for pushing a cafe employee. According to the Madison Police Department, a 72-year-old man was arrested on November 11 after allegedly pushing a cafe employee. Around 9:35 p.m. officers were sent to the 400 block of State Street for a reported disturbance.
