MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – We will have some messy weather to start off the day. A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 9 AM across most of southern Wisconsin. Visibility is under a quarter of a mile in many spots. In some cases, there may be freezing fog where temperatures are a little cooler.
