Dear Editor: Over $50 million was spent on the manhunt for the killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, and more will be spent on the court circus to follow. There were 29 murders in NYC in October. How much was spent, in total, on the investigations of those crimes? How much has been spent investigating the premeditated murders committed by UnitedHealthcare and other health insurance companies that decided not to pay for much-needed, life-saving medical procedures?
