Nebraska comes to Madison riding a five-game losing streak.
MADISON, Wis. — Coming off their first loss since Dec. 10, No. 18 Wisconsin (15-4, 5-3) looks to get back on track at home against Nebraska (12-7, 2-6) on Sunday.
While the Badgers fell to UCLA despite shooting 50 percent from the field and 51 percent from the 3-point line, UW head coach Greg Gard doesn’t expect any hangover from his squad despite a somewhat head-scratching performance, particularly on the defensvie end.
“We’ll bounce back. As I told them Tuesday night, I haven’t talked to a somber locker room in well over a month,” Gard told reporters on Friday. “We’ll quickly turn the page.
