Preview: Nebraska at No. 18 Wisconsin

Nebraska comes to Madison riding a five-game losing streak.

MADISON, Wis. — Coming off their first loss since Dec. 10, No. 18 Wisconsin (15-4, 5-3) looks to get back on track at home against Nebraska (12-7, 2-6) on Sunday.

While the Badgers fell to UCLA despite shooting 50 percent from the field and 51 percent from the 3-point line, UW head coach Greg Gard doesn’t expect any hangover from his squad despite a somewhat head-scratching performance, particularly on the defensvie end.

“We’ll bounce back. As I told them Tuesday night, I haven’t talked to a somber locker room in well over a month,” Gard told reporters on Friday. “We’ll quickly turn the page. You’ve seen every night in this league, it’s very competitive. You’re going to have some very good times. You can’t get enamored with those. You’re going to take one on the chin here and there and you can’t get overwhelmed with that…
