MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Residents called for action at the Cambridge EMS and Fire Commission Meeting Thursday evening.
This came after a woman called 911 for her husband when he was having a heart attack. The Cambridge EMS was not staffed properly enough to transport him – so she had to drive her husband to the hospital.
