MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The woman accused of attacking a Madison Metro driver, causing the bus to crash into a building, appeared in court Wednesday for a hearing.
Raeven Johnson was set to have her preliminary hearing Wednesday, and did not have a lawyer present. Court officials determined she is eligible to have a public defender, who will be assigned to her.
Johnson, 26, will appear again on March 26 for the rescheduled preliminary hearing.
Johnson faces charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted battery to a public transit operator, three felony bail jumping charges and one misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer charge. She pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor last week…
