MADISON, Wis. – A woman allegedly broke into a home on Madison’s south side Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 300 block of Phlox Dr. at 1:16 p.m. where a caller reportedly came home for lunch and found an unknown person inside of her home.
Police said the suspect armed herself with a hammer, and climbed onto the roof of the trailer…
