(WLAX/WEUX) – 17-year-old Addison Bowell appeared in court recently, and faces one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and one count of hit and run resulting in death.
Last weekend, authorities found 54-year-old Ann Seidl lying in the ditch on County highway Y in the town of Dunn. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
