MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The “Mental Health Warrior” film festival took over Flix Brewhouse Saturday, giving people a chance to see a variety of films that celebrate mental health awareness.
Filmmakers from around the world showed documentaries, comedies, dramas and even a musical related to mental health, founder Max Blaska said.
“Each film talks about mental health triumphs and tragedies,” Blaska said. “I am a firm believer that creativity is one of the best weapons in the arsenal against fighting mental illness stigma.”…
