MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A meeting Wednesday evening brought together Dane County leaders, advocates, and residents to confront the area’s homelessness crisis, as shelters remain over capacity and many struggle to access basic services.
The virtual conversation was hosted by advocate Lindberg Chambliss, a former Beacon staff member who has been outspoken about the need for greater urgency and accountability from local leaders.
