MADISON, Wis. — An officer is injured after responding to a scene where a suspect was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated and bit the officer, the Madison Police Department said on Tuesday.
According to police, a tow truck driver reported to authorities that they had found a driver “slumped over a vehicle” while in traffic on Madison’s south side.
