MONONA, Wis. — Monona police said two boys, aged 12 and 14, led officers on a chase Monday night in a stolen vehicle.
Officers spotted the vehicle at around 11:30 p.m., driving without taillights in the 5300 block of Monona Drive. Police said the driver signaled both right and left when approaching the intersection at Pflaum Road.
