MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested a woman early Monday who they said cut a man in the face at Peace Park.
The man flagged officers down in the 400 block of State Street at around 1 a.m. to report being attacked by a woman with a knife. He was cared for by EMS but did not need to be taken to a hospital.
