JANESVILLE, Wis. (WIFR) – A 40-year-old man is arrested for allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated for a fourth time.
Kevin Matz from Stoughton, Wisconsin faces a felony charge of operating while intoxicated after an investigation revealed he has three prior convictions.
Just before 12:30 a.m. June 19, a Rock County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a vehicle near the intersection of N USH 51 and E W USH 14 in Janesville.
